We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team at Bank of Georgia. The DevOps Engineer will work closely with the development and engineering teams to build and deploy automated solutions for infrastructure management and continuous delivery of large-scale applications..

Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with the development and engineering teams to build, deploy, and maintain automated solutions for infrastructure management and continuous delivery of large-scale applications.

· Manage and maintain tools and techniques related to infrastructure management, continuous integration, deployment, and test automation.

·  Develop and maintain scripts to automate tasks and processes.

· Monitor and troubleshoot application and server performance, uptime, and daily operations using Elasticsearch, Kibana, Dynatrace, Grafana, and Prometheus.

·  Identify and implement opportunities for automating existing processes in order to streamline operations and support functions.

·  Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in DevOps, cloud computing, and containerization.

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in information science/Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

·       2+ years of experience in a similar role.

·       Strong understanding of and experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.

·       Experience with automated code integration and deployment.

·       Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, ArgoCD and continuous integration systems.

·       Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform.

·       Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, Groovy and PowerShell.

·       Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

·       Experience with Helm charts.

·       Experience with enterprise Kubernetes management tools like Rancher

· Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.

·       Experience in memory databases like Redis or Memcached.

·   Experience in managing and scaling web infrastructure in a large-scale distributed computing environment.

·       Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly.

·       Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
