Associate Product Manager - Ecommerce

You will engage with internal stakeholders as well as current and prospective clients to better understand business objectives and key success factors. Using this understanding, you will collaborate with digital product experts to propose effective solutions. The Associate Product Manager will play a key role in growing and improving agency product offerings.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Support design, development, and implementation efforts for ecommerce websites and applications.
  • Work with prospects, clients, and strategic partners to provide comprehensive solutions that meet requirements.
  • Support Product Management and Business Development teams in execution of RFP’s 
  • Research and review of new features and applications
  • Improve and automate proposal process
  • Assist creating case studies and other metrics-based retrospectives
  • Assist in data manipulation and modeling to achieve requirements
  • Create and maintain technical documentation
  • Technology assessments, troubleshooting, and problem resolution
  • Provide product support related to the implementation of feature components and applications as appropriate
  • Work closely with internal teams to identify areas of opportunity and new technologies that can provide an improved user experience, superior digital offering or more efficient internal processes to drive cost savings
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends, competitive shifts and new opportunities
  • Partner with internal cross-functional teams, including creative/development, analytics, email, SEM, SEO and marketing operations, as well as external resources to deliver on objectives
  • Analyze product successes and return on investment (ROI) to incorporate insights into future product planning


  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • 2+ years experience in an analyst or product role (ecommerce experience a plus)
  • Strong experience with modern office suite tools (G Suite, MS Office)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong ability to manipulate and draw conclusions from data
  • Strong understanding of UX principles
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a professional setting
  • Ability to handle multiple, competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • Extremely reliable, ability to self-start and self-manage time
  • Desire to work with a highly creative, collaborative, and effective team
  • High level of personal maturity and desire to learn and grow
  • Experience with digital direct to consumer retail industry a plus
  • Experience working with ecommerce platforms (Shopify, BigCommerce, etc) a plus
