AMCS Business Development Representative

We are AMCS Group - Digital Ways to a Cleaner World – and we are looking for recent graduates who are interested in starting or progressing their career in the B2B Software-as-a-Service world. Candidates need to have graduated within the last 4 years

Reporting to the EMEA Business Development Manager focusing on the Benelux and DACH market, you will:

·        Source new sales opportunities through social selling, outbound call and email campaigns, follow-up of inbound marketing campaigns and web leads

·        Understand and coherently communicate customer needs and requirements internally

·        Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate field sales teams for further development and conversion

·        Research target accounts, identify decision makers and generate interest and relationships

·        Nurture, maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory

·        Perform effective online presentations and demos to prospective customers

·        To build opportunity pipelines for the AMCS Sales team

·        Achieve (and over-achieve) on your agreed KPIs and targets

Essential Requirements

·        3rd level qualification with a strong interest in IT

·        German & Dutch language skills essential

·        Confident on the phone and online meeting scenarios

·        Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English

·        Strong listening and presentation skills

·        Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively

·        Salesforce CRM experience a distinct advantage

·        Experience within a SaaS/B2B environment
