3-5 yrs into BFSI Domain (Mumbai)- KAE

6-8 yrs  into BFSI Domain (Pune)-KAM

KRA

ü This is an individual contributor role with potential in sales

ü Proven experience in Business Development / Key account Management

ü Well versed in selling in BFSI domain

ü Experience into Solution & Service Sales across all types of banks – Corporate Banks, Nationalized Banks, Cooperative Banks, Investment Banks, develop contacts at the CxO levels

ü Managing & mining large accounts

ü Sales of testing services in BFSI Domain preferred

ü Proven record in achieving defined targets by selling / IS Audit/ GRC & Testing solutions to corporates in BFSI/Capital Market.

ü Be an organized and strong negotiator, be aware of and current trends, government policies, regulations and competitive developments within the industry

ü Research new business opportunities, identifies likely sales points, develop strategic plans and sales strategies, and undertakes presentations to and negotiations with prospective customers.

ü Ensure proper and transparent reporting

ü Self motivated enthusiastic individual who enjoys meeting people and develop enduring relationships

ü Have handled large Tenders and Deal value

ü Experience in Tender Management
