Our client is looking for an experienced Marketing Assistant who is willing to work hard and grow with the company. The Marketing Assistant will report directly to the Office Manager and will be responsible for taking on tasks that allow for the successful completion of planned marketing programs.


Key responsibilities:

  • Develop marketing collateral, in coordination with in-house designer.
  • Create and administer all direct mailing activties
  • Manage social media pages and campaigns
  • Report on results of marketing initiatives
  • Conduct market research studies.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field
  • 2+ years’ experience working in marketing or advertising
  • Ability to multi-task effectively and contribute in a small-team environment
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Social media savvy
  • Experience with direct mailing software (Mailchimp)
  • Fluent in English (Written and Spoken)


Location: Knowledge Village, Dubai

Working Hours: Sunday-Thursday 9.00am-6.00pm, Saturday 9.00am-3.00pm
