Role

  • Design and implement business changes that drive industry-specific, function and digital operating model transformation, focusing on task relating to people and process
  • Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to complex problems
  • Determines methods and procedures on new assignments without guidance
  • Implement new Salesforce functionalities based on client business requirements


Profile

  • Minimum of 3 years of Salesforce CRM experience
  • Participated to full life-cycle Salesforce deployment project to a client
  • Any of the following Salesforce Certifications: ADM-201, App Builder, Advanced Admin, Sales, Service, Marketing
  • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to estimate, plan and effectively execute projects to deliver agreed upon scope on time within budget
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated experience in one or several of the following: Insurance, Capital markets, Wealth Management, Banking, Small/Medium Companies and/or Multi-National Companies
  • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor Degree
  • Availability to travel within Europe
  • French and English advanced
