The Role:

  • Creating, updating and maintenance of employee files and records with management overall HR related documents;
  • Managing new joiners and leavers’ processes, including timely reporting to local authorities, documentation, onboarding;
  • Providing support for a series of key processes such as leave of absence, benefits administration, payroll input;
  • Manages the collaboration relationship with suppliers of payroll, safety, and security, occupational health;
  • Ensuring continuous and timely support and communications to our employees;
  • Supporting ongoing HR projects and local employee engagement activities;
  • Contribute to the creation of solutions to improve and standardize the HR activities and procedures;
  • Develop and updates employee job descriptions (whenever needed).


The Profile:

  • Bachelor degree;
  • 1-3 years experience in an admin human resources department;
  • Good Excel skills;
  • Passion for admin work, positive and communicative attitude;
  • Attention to details and ability to work in a young and dynamic team;
  • Analytical skills (ability to collect and share information).
