The Job:

You’ll join a team that is responsible for developing, maintaining, operating and supporting development platforms that are used by >1500 developers. These platforms are designed by ourselves, have a high level of automatization and standardization while still retaining flexibility for any special customer request. As part of our 1st Level team, you will take care of all the customer requests and work closely together with highly skilled engineers. As our way of working is continuously improving ourselves, our tools and processes, your feedback and contribution to improvements and automation are highly appreciated as well as you will have the opportunity to develop yourself.

The Role:

  • As part of the Servicedesk Team, you take over responsibilities for fulfilling the 1st Level Support for our Platform Services;
  • You take over requests in our ticket system, take care of the request and maintain the ticket over the whole lifecycle;
  • You process the requests and resolve it in course of your 1st Level activities;
  • If 2nd or 3rd Level Support is necessary you forward the requests to the appropriate teams;
  • Keeping the requester up to date and coordinate resolution depending on the priority;
  • Contributing improvements and possibilities for automation of tasks, activities, and processes.

The Profile:

  • Logical and analytical skills combined with solution-oriented mindest;
  • Self-sufficient and conscientious way of working;
  • Passion in helping and supporting other people;
  • Open-minded about learning something new;
  • Good communication skills;
  • English language skills for professional business communication, at least basic German skills;
  • Experience with ticket systems / JIRA is of advantage.
