About the role

This role is a key one in the communication between international project teams and top management. The position has technical as well as Financial and Accountancy responsibilities, such as:

• OPUS Team Room Review and Update;

• SAP Contract Opening;

• Invoicing;

• Cash Collection;

• Estimate to Complete Preparation;

• Project Controlling and Closing.

What we expect from you

Create Invoices in SAP and manage Email communication with BE Germany Managers:

• Validate information in timesheets and billing documentation (WIP before/after billing, write-off, identify errors) against SAP data.

• Sort out any uncertainties directly with EM.

• Create invoice proposal in SAP and send to SAP approval workflow.

• Send invoice to the customer. Possible handling of upload to supplier tools (ex. Ariba)

• Monitor emails and communicate with EMs over a mailbox.

• Respond to billing questions from EMs.

Contract Management

• Check contract-related documentation against the checklist to establish its correctness.

• Liaise with connected departments to solve possible unclarities and issues.

• Create a contract in SAP.

Your skills and preferred qualification

• University graduate and economic background;

• Basic commercial understanding;

• Previous experience in Order to Cash or other Finance Operations process;

• The ability to communicate in German (writing and speaking) is mandatory.

• Advanced English and German level;

• Good MS Office, especially Excel;

• Other skills and competencies required: good communication skills, Team Player, flexible and open-minded;

• Result-orientated, willing to work, dedicated, reliable, trustworthy, diplomacy;

• Able to prioritize tasks.
