Working closely with the UK Marketing and Communications Manager, the Marketing Executive will be supporting on the successful execution of the UK Marketing Strategy. The person in this role will be working with the industry teams to develop go to market activity, and will be delivering marketing campaigns which span across the complete marketing mix, with activities including internal and external communications, social media, PR, content, and events, amongst others. Good organisation skills, creativity, and the ability to manage one’s time effectively are all essentials. The person in this role will be working part-time, 3 days a week.


Key responsibilities:

  • Internal Communications: develop high quality and consistent internal communications to the UK team to deliver key messages and information
  • External Communications: deliver external communications activities, including direct mail, as part of wider go to market campaigns
  • Social Media management: support in the development and execution of the UK social media strategy, including the management, creation, and scheduling of social media posts on all of our social media channels
  • Website management: work with the Firm-Wide and UK Marketing team to develop content for the UK website, and to drive traffic and engagement
  • CRM management: work with the UK practice to ensure the CRM contact database is up to date. Use of the CRM system to active marketing activity, such as email campaigns and email invites
  • PR: support the UK Marketing Manager in identifying PR opportunities and working with our external agency to execute. Integral part of PR is to support the UK Senior Leadership team when dealing with the press
  • Events: support in the identification and execution of sponsored events, as well as supporting in the development and execution of hosted events
  • Content: support the UK team in the production of tailored and targeted content
  • Collateral: support in production of images for social media, online ads and other marketing material – working with an internal design team to do so
  • Monitoring: measure effectiveness of Marketing activity and producing regular reports accordingly
  • Stakeholder management: ability to work with multiple senior level stakeholders and to manage expectations accordingly

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of providing Marketing support to multiple stakeholders
  • Good project management skills
  • Ability to prioritise and manage several assignments simultaneously
  • Effective team working skills
  • Good influencing and networking skills
  • Ability to confidently communicate with the Senior Leadership team
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, Adobe, and basic HTML skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in Professional Services is desirable
