BearingPoint is recruiting graduates to join our Irish Digital and Strategy (D&S) team in 2019. This area of our business is experiencing strong growth and we are keen to expand the team at all levels, but of course with the addition of this year’s vibrant and enthusiastic graduate intake.

BearingPoint’s D&S team helps organisations to improve the way they do things, through designing and delivering insightful business transformation initiatives. This includes areas such optimising business functions, transforming service delivery, reinventing business models and building organisational capability– helping clients re-imagine their business’ futures. As a member of our team, you will gain hands on, client facing experience and have a key role to play in understanding our client’s problems, contributing to solution generation and implementing solutions through people, process, data and technology.

- Master’s degree (2.1 or higher) or a First-class primary degree in a Business, Management or Digital discipline
- Experience with Microsoft Office products
- Strong, effective communication skills, both written and verbal (including fluent English)
- Ability to build relationships with client staff and your BearingPoint colleagues
- Good team-worker, enthusiastic and fun
- Great interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Ability and willingness to quickly adapt to change
- Ambitious, with a drive to succeed within the consulting sector
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Strong analytical ability and good decision making skills
- Strong awareness of the business/commercial environment in Ireland and the opportunities/challenges facing both businesses and Government
- Keen interest in technology innovation and how it can be used to transform business and customer engagement models
As part of the role, some travel both within and outside of Ireland will typically be required.
