The role will report to the Group Head of Human Resources, with dotted line responsibility to the Director of Operations, and will require a range of diverse and complementary skills in order to ensure the business meets its legal and moral obligations in terms of human resources and human safety.
The incumbent will ensure the effective implementation of HR and Safety policies, practices and procedures.
As a minimum, candidates must be CPP qualified, preferably with either a NEBOSH, or IOSH certificate.
Salary range £30,000 - £35,000, dependant upon experience.
