Responsibilities

  • Manage existing customer accounts to maximise customer satisfaction and upsell of Blueface products
  • Be an originator of new business customers for Blueface and take ownership in developing your own pipeline and sales
  • Research opportunities in the market and create your own leads through outreach in the form of calls, emails, social selling and networking
  • Build rapport with your prospects to be a trusted knowledgeable resource and discover their needs across landline, phone system (PBX), mobile, call conferencing, web SMS, fax, international numbering and other Blueface products and services
  • Qualify customers with detailed questioning and score them internally on their likelihood to become a customer
  • Sell to smaller business customers remotely without needing to meet them in person while being able to meet with or set appointments with larger prospects
  • Achieve monthly sales targets
  • Dealing with sales queries in an efficient, accurate and professional manner
  • Develop a detailed knowledge of Blueface’s products/services, policies and procedures
  • Take ownership of the customer’s requirements in their first 30 days before liaising with customer care to hand the customer off internally
  • Provide accurate reporting of pipeline and forecast through diligent updating of Blueface’s CRM
  • Assist with covering the support team where required to handle customer queries

Renumeration:

  • Base salary & attractive commission structure (DOE)
