The Role

·     Analyse training needs by meeting with sales representatives; observing sales encounters; studying sales results reports; conferring with sales managers

·     Perform skills and knowledge assessment

·     Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement

·     Monitor sales objectives and results

·     Design and implement sales training programs

·     Develop individual coaching plans collaborating with account managers

·     Produce physical and digital educational materials

·     Report on impact of training programs (e.g. sales achieved)


·     Experience in sales training preferred, not required

·     Experience in a sales position is a plus

·     Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning

·     Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms

·     Excellent organizational skills

·     Solid communication and presentation abilities

·     Experience in sales training preferred, not required

·     Highly developed interpersonal skills

·     Excellent coaching skills

·     Very self-motivated and goal oriented
