Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Programme Manager to join the engineering team to help translate innovative ideas into measurable product deliverables.

The right person for this role is someone capable of working with our engineering teams on the implementation details and at the same time keep the management team updated on status, risks and issues. They must be passionate, innovative, proactive and able to drive engineering development into product outcomes.


Lead all phases of the product implementation, from the product definition, planning to delivery to the customer.

Work with Product Teams to review and prioritise product roadmap.

Work with Engineering Leaders to review and prioritise infrastructure and technology roadmap.

Using Product Roadmap and Technology roadmap, create and maintain programme plan for all Engineering deliveries.

Work with Customer Success Team to process and plan new Feature Requests.

Work with POs to support Engineering teams during Scrum planning, grooming sessions and stand-up meetings

Work with POs minimising the unplanned work and reduce the WIP

Work with POs slitting Enhancements in multiple deliverable and aligning JIRA EPICs/Stories with deliverables

Ensure a fluid, stable and appropriate communication to all the departments

Facilitate cross-team activities and resolve resource conflicts

Own Engineering Metrics; use the metrics to measure effectiveness, to create programme plans, reduce unplanned work and improve the predictability

Ensure the generation of product documentation

Work with QA department making sure to do necessary quality checks before the delivery

Customise and improve JIRA/Confluence issues, workflows, reports when necessary

Proactively manage scope changes, evaluating impacts to programme plan, facilitating the decision process for Product Team or Management team

Skills and Experience:

A minimum of 5 years experience working in software development environment with at least 2 as Technical Programme Manager in Software development environment.

A strong technical background with hands-on experience in managing, coordinating and delivering multiple complex software projects

A minimum of 1-year experience working within Agile; formal Agile qualification is a plus

Strong communication skills.

At least 1-year experience with Atlassian tools like JIRA and Confluence; JIRA customisation experiences will be a plus

Ability to influence and control Stakeholder

Ability to work under pressure

Experience in DevOps environment will be considered a pluss

PMP or Prince 2 qualification

3rd level degree.
