BMG has manufacturing operations in Trumbauersville, Pennsylvania, Suzhou China along with Supply Chain and Logistics operations in India, Taiwan and Vietnam.

This position is a new opportunity located near Quakertown, PA, and will be front line support for our customers, offering professional and timely responses to any issues in a fast-paced environment. This position entails a hands on approach to managing all aspects of our customer's needs.

Primary Duties

·        Provide telephone and email customer support

·        Order entry

·        Contract Review Creation

·        Job Closing

·        Develop system knowledge to assist customers

·        Provide information necessary to research and troubleshoot issues

·        Prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities

·        Follow up & communicate timely with internal staff and customers.

·        Identify any ongoing product, shipping and warehouse issues

·        Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business    performance

·        Other Duties as assigned



·        2+ of Customer Service experience

·        Demonstrated patience in all customer contact situations; including maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and manner

·        Excellent communication and organizational skills

·        Customer Service Experience preferred

·        Skilled in multi-tasking; including the ability to be flexible and adapt to changes quickly

·        Excellent attendance history

·        Knowledge of Office 365

·        Ability to interact with all levels within a professional corporate environment

·        Professional phone manner essential

·        Strong attention to detail

·        Supervisory experience a plus
