Digital Marketing Coordinator


Bridge Masters, Inc. (BMI) has a current opening for a Digital Marketing Coordinator.  This position is located in Bend, OR and will report directly to our Business Development Manager.  This position will work with two other companies (Nationwide Equipment Rental & Equipment Manufacturer) under the same ownership and location.  Light travel is expected for developing on-site content.  This position will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital platforms, with the goal of driving educational content, market awareness, engagement, and sales.  Our ideal candidate is well versed in all things digital.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:


  • Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing strategy including paid, web, display and social media
  • Prepare, schedule, execute ongoing strategy for our social media accounts (content development and paid strategy)
  • Monitor SEO strategy and tactics with 3rd party vendor to ensure location optimization and keyword strategy are effective
  • Lead the development and management of digital assets (website, landing pages, email content, in-house videos, advertising, etc.)
  • Provide ongoing analytics of channel performance as well as campaign-specific metrics
  • Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry and digital channels
  • Oversee creation and distribution of of monthly/quarterly newsletters
  • Produce training, operation and orientation videos
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce effective marketing and educational materials


Requirements:


This position requires high energy and self-driven initiative.


  • Minimum 3-5 years experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related field
  • Experience with SEO, Wordpress, Social Media channels, Adobe film and photo.
  • Proven track record of building integrated, impactful marketing campaigns that generate quantifiable results
  • In depth knowledge of multiple digital advertising channels, including paid search, display, paid social and video content development.
