Canada Cartage located in Vancouver is seeking candidates for the position of Fleet Maintenance Admin.
Must be willing to work to 7:00pm
The Administrator responsible but not limited to, all activities involved in supporting the Fleet Maintenance team.
Details of Position:
Responsible for ensuring that all work is accurately entered in the system in a timely manner.
Process could include scanning, indexing, GL coding, tracking down approvals ect.
New vendor set up process.
Weekly and monthly billing of duties
Office admin functions such as supply management.
Uniform coordination with supplier
Transman database admin duties (tech pay, schedules, etc.)
Core Competencies and Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Transportation and maintenance experience considered an asset
Proficient within a Windows environment
Experience with accounting
Post Secondary education
