Service Managers (Dublin and Co. Wicklow)

About The Role

We are currently recruiting for experienced Service Managers for our HIQA registered residential services in Dublin (Phoenix Park) and Co. Wicklow (Shillelagh). The successful candidates will also take on the role of P.I.C. (Person in Charge) for HIQA purposes.

Service Managers play a key role in planning, developing and improving services, leading and supporting their teams, carrying out the day-to-day management of our residential services as well as building and maintaining internal and external relationships.

About You

You will possess a relevant 3rd level qualification and you will have management experience ideally within the disability, broad personal social services or healthcare sector. In addition, you will have a management qualification at a minimum of FETAC level 6.

You will have knowledge of the National Standards for Residential Services for Children and Adults with Disabilities and you will have experience of working within Regulation.

You will be an experienced leader and manager who has the ability to motivate your team to perform at their best. You will think creatively in solving problems and you will be resilient and able to deal with conflict appropriately.


Your communication skills will enable you to communicate complex messages in a straightforward way and you will be skilled at engaging with and influencing others.
