Job Purpose

CloudCall are looking for a Junior Finance Administrator to work within our finance team. This role reports directly into the Head of Finance and will be a key member of the finance team, assisting where necessary across the whole department. The successful Junior Finance Administrator will often have contact with CloudCall’s customers, vendors, and suppliers in person, online, and via telephone. Therefore, maintaining a positive and friendly attitude in an ever growing and changing environment is crucial to this position.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for sales ledger and cash reconciliation.
  • Responsible for the day to day credit control.
  • Responsible for purchase ledger and Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Responsible for monthly supplier payment run.
  • Responsible for partner commission and payments.
  • Assisting customer with billing queries.
  • Management of company credits and expenses.
  • Filing supplier invoices & other ad hoc tasks around the department.
  • Generally to assist with the day to day responsibilities of the finance, HR and office teams.

Required Skills

Prior office management experience preferred, strong attention to detail, ability to work without supervision, excellent time management skills, exceptional communication skills.

• Fully Computer/​IT Literate with an excellent knowledge of Excel.
• An ability to maintain, interpret and develop customer relationships.
• Previous experience to be able to communicate efficiently with customers and suppliers.

Technical Skills
