- Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of CloudCall’s products and services
- Prospect new business partners through networking, referrals, company-provided lead generation & cold calling
- Own the full cycle of the sales process and close new business with senior level executives, committees, and IT directors
- Producing proposals, compiling sales documents, presentations and cost comparisons
- Accurate forecasting, sales projection and pipeline management
- Currently in SAAS sales, staffing, or sales to the staffing industry
- 1+ years of B2B full-cycle sales experience, often starting with cold-calling or self-generated leads
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding targets
- Longevity in your current and/or past positions
- Experience with CRM systems and/or selling to the staffing industry
The Sales Department is instrumental in helping to generate and develop new business, in strengthening CloudCall’s position in the market, growing our customer base and maximizing revenue. Working within a fast paced and lively team the role will require an energetic and dedicated attitude. Sales are the face of CloudCall, introducing our company and services to prospective new customers and engaging at all levels of business from receptionists to managing directors.
The daily responsibilities will include proactively identifying and sourcing new business opportunities, following up on inbound enquiries and demoing our services to prospective new customers. The perfect candidate will be highly motivated, dynamic and enthusiastic.
