Inbound Lead Marketing Associate
We are looking for a driven, team-player to join our Marketing team as an Inbound Lead Marketing Associate. You bring your natural marketing & sales instincts and we will help you gain experience interacting with clients of all levels, in a variety of industries and across a broad geographical area.
The Inbound Lead Marketing Associate will be responsible for conducting lead generation and lead qualification activities across the CloudCall portfolio of products and services, including being the first point of contact for all inbound leads.
In this role, you’ll get to:
• Work closely and collaboratively with both Marketing and Sales to manage and connect with inbound leads.
• Conduct exploratory conversations with potential customers, use your business acumen to identify how CloudCall could help a business excel, and successfully position the CloudCall value proposition.
• Research, target, and outreach for potential referral partners.
• Schedule discovery meetings for Sales Representatives to further assess a prospect's business and potential for partnership with CloudCall
• Conduct phone-based sales as a strategic element of marketing campaigns
We’re looking for people who have:
• A 4-year degree & an interest in marketing and sales
• Professional office experience (internships qualify) and comfortable on the phone
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Previous successful marketing OR sales experience OR a strong desire to begin a sales career
• The desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
• Appreciation of and interest in learning more about technology
• A good sense of humour & a strong work ethic to thrive in this dynamic environment.
