The Sales Department is instrumental in helping to generate and develop new business, in strengthening CloudCall’s position in the market, growing our customer base and maximizing revenue. Working within a fast paced and lively team the role will require an energetic and dedicated attitude. Sales are the face of CloudCall, introducing our company and services to prospective new customers and engaging at all levels of business from receptionists to C-level executives.


The daily responsibilities will include proactively identifying and sourcing new business opportunities, following up on inbound inquiries, and making introductions to senior members of the CloudCall sales team.


Target driven, “hungry,” and motivated, the role is perfect for candidates with a sales background looking to take the next step in their career and eager to challenge themselves in a growing, vibrant, and exciting industry.


Primary Responsibilities:


·      Self-Generating new business contacts and leads via cold calling, social media,

and networking

·      Cold calling qualified marketing leads to introduce the CloudCall’s services

·      Completing and capturing contact and company information with CRM system

·      Interact with prospects via telephone, email, and chat

·      Qualify prospects' budgetary information, authority, needs, and timeline

·      Route information to the appropriate sales professional and ensure accurate follow up

·      Provide feedback and analysis of lead quality to Marketing

·      Maintaining an expert-level knowledge of CloudCall’s products and services

Skills and experience:



·      0-1 year(s) established in a business development role

·      Confidence and enthusiasm

·      Tenacity towards outbound prospecting and cold calling

·      Strong interpersonal and presentation skills

·      Proven track record in achieving and exceeding targets

·      Excellent verbal and written communication

·      Excellent telephone manner

·      Attention to detail and accuracy

·      Knowledge of telecommunications and VOIP telephony

·      Knowledge of IT, Business Software and CRM

·      BA/BS or equivalent preferred 

·      Background of working with or selling into the Staffing and Recruiting industry
