The Sales Department is instrumental in helping to generate and develop new business, in strengthening CloudCall’s position in the market, growing our customer base and maximizing revenue. Working within a fast paced and lively team the role will require an energetic and dedicated attitude. Sales are the face of CloudCall, introducing our company and services to prospective new customers and engaging at all levels of business from receptionists to C-level executives.


The daily responsibilities will include following up on inbound enquiries and demoing our services to prospective new customers. The perfect candidate will be highly motivated, dynamic, and enthusiastic.

Primary Responsibilities:


·      Presenting CloudCall’s services via online demonstration

·      Negotiating and closing new business at Senior Executive level

·      Producing proposals, compiling sales documents, presentations and ROI analyses

·      Self-Generating new business contacts and leads via social media & networking

·      Completing and capturing contact and company information with CRM system

·      Accurate forecasting, sales projection, and pipeline management

·      Maintaining an expert-level knowledge of CloudCall’s products and services

Skills and experience:



·      2-3 years established in closing role selling SaaS solutions

·      Confidence and enthusiasm

·      Previous inside or field sales experience

·      Strong interpersonal and presentation skills

·      Proven track record in achieving and exceeding targets

·      Excellent verbal and written communication

·      Excellent telephone manner

·      Attention to detail and accuracy

·      Ability to prioritize and manage own workload

·      Self-motivated and ambitious personality

·      Engaging and persuasive nature


·      Knowledge of telecommunications and VOIP telephony

·      Knowledge of IT, Business Software and CRM

·      BA/BS or equivalent preferred 

·      Background of working with or selling into the Staffing and Recruiting industry
