The purpose of this document is to outline the key responsibilities, relationships and deliverables associated with the role of Head of Product Management here at CloudCall.

Summary of role

CloudCall are recruiting for a Head of Product Management to be the driving force behind the product strategy, development and management. You will lead a highly skilled team of product managers and product owners, inspiring and motivating them to deliver impactful change not just within our organisation but across the UCaaS industry as a whole.

Day to day your primary responsibilities

Work with Product Director & key business stakeholders to develop and define the product strategy and roadmap in order to best achieve the business goals.

Work with key departments across the business to maximise performance, adoption and income from a diverse product portfolio

Play a key role in the creation and ownership of a wide-ranging research program - engaging with users, stakeholders and solution partners alike to understand challenges & requirements, analysing market landscape & trends, and building/maintaining competitor information.

Provide leadership, mentoring and coaching to Product Managers, develop knowledge and performance, introduce a level of best practice in relation to product management principles and agile ways of working

Take responsibility for implementing new processes and modern working practices across departments in order to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Take the lead on communicating the product vision and direction to the business with clarity, integrity and enthusiasm

Play a key role in the wider ongoing cultural shift and transformation towards a more collaborative & inclusive culture - champion and shape a people centric culture that encourages, and values input at all levels of the business.

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years’ experience in related role – Product Manager, Product Owner, Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Business Analyst etc…

·      Strong skills in leadership, coaching and people management.

·      Experience of working within an Agile development structure.

·      Confidence to take initiative and make decisions based on sound


·      Excellent communication skills and ability to influence all project

members and stakeholders.

·      Ability to balance and align technical and commercial priorities.

·      Strong skills in planning, organization, scheduling, problem solving.

·      Experience working with a distributed development team.

·      Communications products and/or telecoms services

·      Database technologies

·      CRM, ERP or other business software

·      UI/UX design and usability principles
