CloudCall is seeking a Marketing Associate to join the team. You will directly support projects directed at maximizing marketing campaigns, brand awareness, and sales facilitation. The ideal candidate is a “doer" and a jack-of-all-trades marketer - someone who's hungry to learn and passionate about any project (big or small) as well as:

What your days look like:

 

• Supporting campaign development, execution, maintenance, and tracking

• Assisting in creating relevant and engaging content to be used in email campaigns and social media

• Gathering intelligence on industry trends to provide an overview of the competitive landscape and explore opportunities

• With guidance, securing, planning, and executing CloudCall events, speaking engagements, and sponsorship

• Tracking event budgets, expenses, KPIs, and ROI

• Taking part in general marketing operations and project management

• Creating reports on marketing and sales metrics, like conversion rates

• Managing organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns

 

What you bring to the table:

 

• Knowledge of lead generation and lead nurture best practices

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management

• The capability of problem-solving by using independent thinking

• Experience with marketing automation tools and CRMs (Pardot and Salesforce a bonus)

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office products - specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Ability to work closely with other team members to increase productivity for the department

Required Qualifications

 

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or statistics or relevant field preferred

• 2+ years of experience as a marketing associate, marketing assistant, or a related position

•  Strong working knowledge of Excel (in addition to proficiency in standard MS Office programs)

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
