General Job Description

We’re seeking shopper marketing and social media professionals to join our team and immediately add value through the development of robust content marketing programs.

Utilizing highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, our Sales Strategy Team drives cross-functional cooperation with internal teams and manage multiple complex projects that require excellent organizational skills, the ability to prioritize and a drive for continuous learning.


Major Duties and Responsibilities

Serve as single point-of-contact for all program development activities through the program development life cycle by owning tasks and leveraging support teams.


  • This includes but is not limited to the following:
    • Collaborate with sales team partners on proposal development, presentations, selling into new business and assisting with up-selling existing clients
    • Maintain deep expertise and knowledge of all Collective Bias products & programs
    • Understand how Collective Bias products will assist brands in reaching their marketing goals
    • Provide strategic insights to sales team partners
    • Discuss Collective Bias program strategy with sales team partners and clients as needed
    • Develop thorough knowledge and understanding of all Collective Bias products and internal systems to respond to sales team/client requests
    • Focus on client retention, growth, renewal, and client satisfaction
    • Maintain and update proficiencies in the emerging media and content marketing space
    • Obtain research and case studies for sales presentations when needed
    • Use Salesforce as a CRM tool including reporting and tracking of sales
    • Assist with product development and pricing tool evolution
    • Assist with onboarding of new salespeople


Job Qualifications

Experience:

  • 2+ years experience working in a professional environment, preferably in shopper marketing, media agency or related field


Education:

  • Bachelors degree required in business, marketing or related discipline


Other:

  • Proficiency working with Microsoft Office products, specifically:
    • Excel
    • PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with Mac OS
  • Baseline knowledge or previous experience with social media

  • Excellent writing skills, with high attention to detail and emphasis on accuracy
  • Strong ability to research topics and synthesize information into concise recommendations and reports
