General Job Description
Collective Bias’ Analytics team oversees services related to analytics and web-based applications for consumer and business marketers across a variety of industries. The team provides data, insights, and advice that help CB and its clients make decisions about their business, brands, marketing initiatives, and innovations.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide statistical support to assist the marketing efforts of our clients
  • Independently lead projects and report findings directly to clients
  • Create and implement predictive response models used in marketing campaigns
  • Develop necessary data cleansing, statistical, validation and reporting processes
  • Find and incorporate external data sources to enhance client data
  • Provide accurate andinsightfulanswersonrequestsfromthe strategy and marketing teams
  • Find innovativewaystoanalyzeandpresentdata, as well as to improve the processes
  • Coordinate on campaign planning and tracking with the Sales Strategy and the Client Services teams
  • Support advanced analyticalandmodelingprojects
  • Develop relationships with key clients

Job Qualifications
Experience:
  • 2-3+ years’ experience providing statistical insight to enhance and direct actionable business strategies

Education:
  • BA/BS or higher degree in Business,Economics ,Engineering, Operations Research, Mathematics/Statistics or related applicable quantitative fields

Other:
  • Independent, self-directed, with a strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines
  • Effectively communicate technical details to a non-technical audience
  • Web/Social API skills a plus
  • Ideally 0.5-2+ years of SQL experience
  • R, Python, SPSS or SAS a plus
  • Comfortable with big data
