Creative Foam Corporation’s Mooresville, IN facility has a full-time day shift opening for a Maintenance Associate. Day Shift runs 6 am - 4:30 pm, Monday through Thursday. Maintenance Associates are primarily responsible for production tooling set-up, troubleshooting equipment failures, electro-mechanical repairs, and ongoing equipment preventative maintenance. Creative Foam offers a very competitive starting wage rate and an outstanding benefits package. 

Successful candidates will have a high school diploma/GED, stable work history, excellent attendance and reliable transportation. Applicants will be required to go through an interview process, drug testing, and a criminal background check.  

Experience with basic hand tools, troubleshooting and repair of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems and operation of basic shop equipment (drill press, grinders, sanders, etc.) required. Some skilled operation of machine shop equipment – mill and lathe, MIG welding. and experience with fabrication using various materials is preferred. Experience with radio-frequency heat sealing technology and maintenance and experience programming and troubleshooting PLC controlled equipment is preferred.
