Job Title: Production Co-ordinator

Reporting to: Manager – Managed Services


Job Summary:
The Production Co-ordinator will support our Customer’s Serialisation (Track Trace) initiative by providing production support in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Batch Records. This role will involve the management of change control implementation, support of ECR management, development and administration of training materials. The candidate will liaise with product release and customer support as well as managing other production serialisation support requirements. The Production Co-ordinator will support the day-to-day production and new line introduction of the Track Trace solution throughout our Customer’s site.


Responsibilities:
As Production Co-ordinator, you will:

  • Attend OPEX (operational excellence) and weekly project meetings

  • Support day to day issues in production packaging environment with regard to packaging equipment, track and trace equipment and labelling machines

  • Roll out track and trace recipe updates when new stock keeping units (SKU) are converted to serialisation

  • Coordinate training of operators, line leads and setups for track and trace and other packaging equipment

  • Support the project team with updating/reviewing and approving project documentation (functional specifications, validation protocols and SOPs) on customer’s system

  • Support factory acceptance testing (FAT), site acceptance testing (SAT), installation qualification (IQ), operational qualification (OQ) and support operations with performance qualifications (PQ)

  • Roll out of new software updates and perform validations as required

  • Manage QMS records for software updates and line installs

  • Liaise with track and trace support team to fault find issues with track and trace equipment with minimal downtime

  • Manage SOP updates for new TNT equipment/procedures and develop work instructions in conjunction with TNT project team

  • Review and approve all URS, FMEA and validation documents associated with project

  • Aid system owner with data integrity and audit trail review of all packaging and track and trace equipment

  • Deliver on KPIs as set out by your manager


Requirements:

  • Relevant third level qualification such as BSc /BE in an Engineering discipline

  • Experience: 3 to 5 years working in a regulated environment. Working in a packaging/production role is advantageous

  • Proficient in Windows 7 and Microsoft Office with knowledge of SAP

  • Experience of working on a team, including proven organisational and time management skills

  • Ability to learn new and different technologies

  • Knowledge or exposure to track and trace systems preferable

  • Experience with manufacturing systems is an advantage

  • Flexible with a willingness to respond to Serialisation Production Issues outside of normal business hours
