Our client, a multibillion dollar food distributor, has asked us to find them an extremely strong Business Objects Data Services (BODS) expert to manage and enhance existing BI systems. This role is expected to run for at least 6 months and there is a possibility of extension at the end of the assignment.

THE WORK: The work includes managing an advanced BODS environment. Promising candidates will also be exposed to a variety of other technologies, such as Datastage, Microstrategy and GCP BigQuery.

LOCATION: This client is located in Western Michigan and while remote assignments are acceptable (even required at the start), a move to the Grand Rapids area will eventually be required.

MODE: Contract.

DURATION: The chosen consultant will be required for approximately 6 months. 

REQUIRED: Applicants must be very strong in:

  • Business Objects Data Services (BODS)
  • MicroStrategy
  • Datastage
  • SQL. 

DESIRED: In addition, it would be great if you had some background in:

  • GCP BigQuery
  • Snowflake
  • Netezza
