1. Office Management

  • Take inventory and order office supplies as necessary
  • Sort, scan and deliver mail to personnel
  • Create fedex labels and provide assistance in tracking of packages
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Greet and assist all visitors
  • Maintain schedule for Corporate Conference rooms
  • Assist with daily office upkeep
  • Coordinate pick up for shred bins
  • Provide correspondence as necessary for office news

2. Coordination

  • Order and pick up partner lunches
  • Order food for office or offsite events as necessary
  • Assist with various committee projects as needed


  • Requires a High School Diploma
  • At least 1 year experience in an office setting with administrative duties
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in person, on the phone and in writing
  • Excellent use of time management and assigning priority as necessary
  • Ability to multi-task and redirect focus from one task to another quickly
  • Should be proficient in all Microsoft Office products
  • Should be able to sit for long extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs, bend squat and kneel as necessary
