40 hour week Monday to Friday - 3 shift rotation

Job Purpose

To operate the A-E equipment to maintain and improve performance, ensuring a safe operating environment at all times and a high standard of product quality is maintained throughout the shift

Key Responsibilities:

•         Comply with the company's Health & Safety regulations and the Company's Quality Standards

•         Promote a positive Health & Safety culture in the factory

•         To ensure product conforms to documented standards, operating procedures are adhered to and that Health & Safety is paramount

•         Ensure adherence to all site policies

•         To monitor progress of workload and report any issues to your Team Leader

•         Ensure production targets and other KPI's are achieved

•         To complete all necessary paperwork in an accurate and timely manner

•         Set up and operating machinery in accordance with current procedures

•         Conduct appropriate checks on machinery/equipment

•         Adjust Machine settings to achieve required quality standards according to current specifications/lockdown protocols

•         Maintenance, upkeep and cleaning of machinery – Adhering to TPM schedules

•         Complete other miscellaneous task as instructed by your Team Leader/Manager

•         Report any issues to your Team Leader/Manager

•         To maintain communication and feedback to the Team Leader

•         Knowledge of, and adherence to SWP/SOP’s

•         Understanding of the A-E processes


•         Preferably prior experience in a plastics, mining, and steel or water treatment environment

•         Ability to work well in a team

•         A-E Modules would be an advantage

•         NVQ Level 2 or equivalent

•         FLT, Reach, Counterbalance licence
