About This Role:

  • Responsible for the customer once they become customers
  • Work with Directors to build customer strategy
  • Build and lead a team to manage customer relationships, and success, and implement above strategy
  • Build and lead customer success, support, account management teams
  • Implement software to track health of customer and processes to improve health
  • Implement customer support processes
  • Build communication network between support, success/account managers, tech so issues are resolved quickly
  • Help build and manage teams internationally
  • Work closely and in harmony with other team leaders (sales, operations, marketing etc.)


The Ideal Candidate will have:

  • Highly level of technical knowledge
  • Analytical mindset
  • Extensive experience in building customer facing teams
  • 5+ years specialising in senior customer roles in the SaaS/software industry
  • Passion for working in a dynamic high growth start up
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • A focus on results with a can-do-attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to reduce the stress of their team rather than increase it
