Due to the rapid growth of Flipdish, we are looking to hire a Team Lead, Customer Success (Ireland) to join our growing Customer Success team. Founded in 2015, Flipdish enables restaurants and takeaways to directly accept online orders and manage their online presence and operations, without having to list on food delivery marketplaces. Flipdish employs over 90 staff, has customers in over 12 countries and is on track to double in size in the next year.

Profile:

The successful candidate for this role will be a high-achiever with at least 2 years of team management experience. Flexibility in being able to adapt to changing priorities and excellent communication skills, both internally with the Team and other Departments and externally with our clients, are essential. There are excellent opportunities for growth within the company and success will only be limited by the ability of the candidate.

 

About This Role:

  • Leading the Irish Customer Success Team
  • Engage strategically to ensure our customers are getting maximum value from Flipdish
  • Management of key accounts and develop lasting relationships with customers
  • Identify and investigate growth opportunities for the business to action
  • Expand our revenue potential in accounts, increase renewal rates and reduce churn
  • Influence future lifetime value through higher product adoption, customer satisfaction and overall health scores
  • Align with the Customer Success Team and Management Team around key metrics and objectives
  • Interpret and take action on “at risk” customers
  • Develop and execute retention strategies as part of the customer success plan for accounts



The Ideal Candidate:

  • A thorough knowledge of the product that Flipdish are offering
  • Extensive experience and responsibility for building successful Customer Success teams
  • Strong empathy for customers and a passion for revenue and growth
  • Interested in working in a dynamic high growth start up
  • Excellent leadership skills with a previous background in Customer Success
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to see the "bigger picture" and plan for current and future needs
  • Will have 3+ years specialising in Customer Success roles at mid to senior level in SaaS/Cloud industry
  • Must be results focused with a can-do-attitude
  • Full Driving License
