Profile:

We are looking for an experienced Head of Operations to operate the operation teams at Flipdish in the most efficient and effective manner. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operations and efficiency of the business and will be have full responsibility for the performance and management of our Client Operations and Menu team at Flipdish.


This person will become a key member of our management team, reporting to the CFO. You’ll have to maintain control of diverse business operations, so we expect you to be an experienced and efficient leader. The goal of the Head of Operations position is to ensure all aspects of our operations departments are running smoothing, are hitting key metrics and assisting our sales and on-boarding teams in getting new customers in all regions live and active as soon as possible.


Responsibilities

  • Ensuring all our operation teams in the company operate in an effective manner
  • Creation and improvement in processes and internal controls across all departments
  • Development and interpreting data and key metrics and KPIs within the operations teams
  • Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth for all members within the operations departments
  • Scale both the internal and remote teams for Flipdish
  • Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
  • Establish policies that promote company culture and vision



Requirements

  • Proven experience as Head of Operations
  • Results driven individual 
  • Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
  • Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
  • Outstanding organisational and leadership abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
  • Experience within the SaaS industry essential
  • Ideally worked in the tech sector with a "start up" or "scale up" across multiple territories



Must Have's:

  • Flexible and can-do attitude
  • Operations and process oriented with solid background
  • At least 5 years experience in leading a team
  • Previous experience working directly with clients in a B2B environment
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to see the "bigger picture" and plan for current and future needs
