Enterprise/SME - SDR Inbound 


Role Summary:


Flipdish is looking for our next Business Development Representative who is hardworking and highly-motivated to execute a sales plan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for discovering new business in the restaurant and hospitality industry across the UK. You will generate a high quality sales pipeline by qualifying inbound activity across all inbound channels. You will gain experience interacting with prospective clients of all levels and in a fast-growing Tech Scale-up. If you’re eager to learn and aren’t afraid to dive straight into new challenges, then this role is a great opportunity to develop a multidisciplinary skill-set alongside a world-class team.


About the Role:

 

  • Research prospective customers, qualify inbound leads, and identify sales opportunities
  • Connect and conduct first-class exploratory conversations with potential customers with emails and cold calling
  • Research key individuals and decision-makers within specific named accounts to identify targets 
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to develop and implement appropriate qualifying criteria and to help fill their sales pipeline 
  • Develop and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified prospective opportunities
  • Achieve monthly quotas of qualified new business opportunities

Who you are:

  • Recent graduate from a top university, and/or experience in B2B Sales
  • You are passionate about business development, you love challenges, and you are not afraid of getting a no over the phone
  • You are a quick learner, very curious with a track record of ownership
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work and deliver strong results in a dynamic environment
  • Passion for SaaS, tech, and continual learning
  • You’re organised and methodical with a keen attention to detail
  • You’re a highly motivated ‘self-starter’ with professional persistence and willing to do what it takes for the team to succeed.
