Marketing Executive - Sales Enablement


Flipdish is currently seeking a Marketing Executive - Sales Enablement, as part of our Product Marketing team, based in Dublin. The candidate will be responsible for developing our global sales toolkit and all global collateral to be leveraged and utilised by our sales and support teams. About the Role:

  • Sales Enablement is a core function of Product Marketing at Flipdish. You will be responsible to develop, manage and execute the strategic plan within this function of the Marketing Team.
  • Listen, Learn and Respond to the needs of the sales teams in our Markets, and then help to understand and prioritise where the product marketing team can make the most impact, in order to support the sales teams. 
  • Take a hands on approach to learning about the Flipdish customers, and how the Marketing team and sales team can serve them better. 
  • Collaborate with your Product Marketing Manager to translate the “dry” products available to our customers, into useful benefits for our customers.
  • Build strong relationships with the sales leads in our markets in order to identify and build the tools and collateral to support the success of the sales team. 
  • Proactively collaborate with Flipdish sales management teams in driving iterative improvements in the sales process - from prospecting through to client on-boarding. 
  • Become an expert within the organisation around the flipdish competitors, and develop tools and resources which equip Flipdishers to beat any competition which comes our way. 
  • Examples of deliverables might be include but is not limited to Pitch Decks, New Sales Onboarding Packs, Training Sessions or Webinars



Who you are:

  • Minimum of 2+ years’ demonstrable track record in supporting or being part of an SaaS sales team
  • Strong experience gained in working within the capacity of Marketing, but supporting a sales team servicing Mid Level and Enterprise clients
  • Takes a Collaborative approach, but also has the ability to lead a team
  • Problem Solving and Decision Making Skills
  • Proactive in your approach to your work, and able to meet deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and written/spoken communication skills
  • Creative capabilities are a major advantage in this role along with the ability to design and confidently share your work with the relevant sales team members
  • Eligible to work in Ireland
  • Experience of working in sales support or sales is a plus
