We love making our clients' lives easier. Our Activations team play such an important role to us here at Flipdish, they are the glue that sticks it all together, making things happen at the right time and get new clients online as quickly as possible. 

Due to the continued growth of Flipdish, we are looking to hire an Activations Lead as part of our UK expansion. This is a new role for the UK team and will take control of a small team. You will also engage with the UK sales, client operations and customer success team to get customers up and running as quickly as possible.  

What we need from you

  • Ensure our UK activation team is helping our customers to get live as quickly and seamlessly as possible
  • Inspire, coach, train and guide your team to continually optimise sales conversions
  • Collaborate with Activation, Sales and Customer Success teams across Flipdish to continuously improve customer experience
  • Aiding sales in gathering all necessary information from the prospect clients
  • Subsequently transcribing that information into our CRM and liaising with the Client operations team, who are responsible for account setup 
  • Setting up a ‘go-live’ date with the client and ensuring that all their expectations are met within agreed terms 
  • Scale the team inline with business growth

The Ideal candidate will likely have: 

  • Proven track record of leading small teams and driving high performance
  • A passion for food and technology
  • Web coding knowledge (ranging from basic css & html, to advanced)
  • Understanding of web portal ecosystems
  • Exceptionally high attention to detail, you can give us lots of example of how you’ve dotted ‘I’s and crossed ‘T’s 
  • Have experience working with EPOS systems
  • A clear understanding of APIs and how they work  
  • Demonstrable project management skills, you love know where everything is and how it all fits together.
