The Flipdish UK continues to grow at an incredible rate. We’re expanding our small, high performing Success team and are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager. 

You’ll be contributing directly to Flipdish’s success by retaining and growing some of our most valuable and well-known clients - as part of a newly established team based primarily in London, although we are flexible on your location and currently working remotely. You will also collaborate regularly with our global Success team to make sure we are always doing the best we can. 

What we need from you

  • Ensure our customers are getting maximum value from their partnership with Flipdish
  • Look after a client book of around 250 accounts
  • Expand our revenue potential in accounts, increase renewal rates and reduce churn
  • Influence future lifetime value through higher product adoption, integration of our solution, improving customer satisfaction and overall health scores
  • Align with the Customer Success Team and Management Team around key metrics and objectives
  • Interpret and drive action on “at-risk” customers

You must  have: 

  • Extensive experience in looking after a range of challenging accounts/customers
  • Strong empathy for customers 
  • Proven track record in positively influencing revenue growth and retention.
  • The ability to look at longer-term plans and set the direction for clients. 
  • Experience using data to make decisions
  • Consistent record of smashing targets and goals 
  • A result focus with a can-do-attitude
  • An open, honest, and collaborative working style
