UX Researcher

Due to our rapid, continued growth, we're now significantly expanding our Product and Design team to bring Flipdish to the next level.

What You’ll Do

  • Working closely with the product teams and customers, you’ll help to identify meaningful research questions based on user/customer needs, competitor analysis and product feature evolution keeping business goals in mind
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and conduct regular user interviews, workshops, surveys, card sorting, usability tests and heuristic analysis
  • Present data driven recommendations based on the analysis of your research
  • Help to define and shape our UX research strategy
  • Share your knowledge of research methods with other team members
  • Be an advocate for data-driven design decisions across all products
  • Help Flipdish become the global leader in digital food ordering

Candidate Profile

About You

  • You've got 3+ years experience in conducting and analysing UX research and are comfortable working in a fast paced environment
  • You have a broad toolset of research techniques
  • You can demonstrate your previous experience and process with a comprehensive portfolio of work
  • You’re a good listener, naturally curious, empathic and are not afraid to ask questions
  • You have excellent communication skills and are comfortable and confident presenting research findings both internally and to customers
  • You have good experience with industry tools e.g. Google Analytics, Smartlook, UXCam, Hotjar, UsabilityHub, UserTesting.com etc.
  • Ideally you’ll have experience with B2C & B2B products
  • Ideally you’ll have a background in cognitive / information science, HCI, psychology or similar
