Litigation Solicitor, min. 2 years PQE

About the role:-

You can expect something different in this role and be part of a busy, expanding Litigation team, led by David Curran, Partner. You will be dealing with:

·      Interpreting, analysing and advising clients on case law and legislation

·      Shareholder and Partnership disputes

·      Commercial Court litigation

·      Corporate recovery and insolvency matters

·      Tax Litigation

·      Financial Services and Banking related disputes

·      IP/IT litigation

·      Procurement litigation

·      Construction litigation

·      Competition law related litigation.


About you:-

You ideally will be 2 - 3 years' post qualified and will have experience working on complex, high value commercial litigation, with the ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team. You will have a strong work ethic and have the ability to create pioneering solutions and carefully crafted strategies for complex litigation matters. You will possess strong attention to detail, have excellent organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage a busy workload while meeting deadlines.


We expect you to have an excellent academic background and references with relevant experience in some of the above practice areas. You will have a collegiate, friendly and positive outlook and will be a great communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. You will have gained a practical and commercial understanding of clients’ commercial needs and have a desire to build up your own practice from new / early clients of the firm.
