We are seeking a Part Time Bookkeeper to join our team in Indeemo (2-3 morning a week).
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Record all debtor and creditor invoices
- Reconcile bank accounts monthly
- Prepare VAT and VIES returns
- Prepare EOY accounts
- Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
- Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
- Prepare payrolls
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Relevant experience in tax, accounting, or finance
- Experienced in using Sage
- Reporting Skills
- Attention to Detail
- Deadline-Oriented
- Reporting Research Results
