- To control halal production procedures in slaughterhouses, meat deboning/ cutting/ processing / packing facilities throughout Ireland .
- To ensure complete traceability of halal productions
- To record all the necessary information (cleaning control, production traceability...)
- Report to the client quality manager
Competences :
- Knowledge of halal principles and application
- Knowledge of food processing environment
- Basic knowledge in Arabic
- Basic knowledge in French is a plus but not mandatory
- Candidates should be responsible, thorough, clean, serious, good communication skills, respectful
- Capacity to read, write and understand English.
- Capacity to use basic computer skills to communicate and send documents
- Diploma: minimum secondary education
Conditions :
- Full time: 40 h/ week
- Initial contract : 3 to 6 months, renewable
- Assignment: travel within Ireland to different locations (personal car required)
Package:
- Gross Salary: 10.45 € / hour + 0.41€/hour cold bonus
- Bonus scheme (travel time, attendance/performance/productivity, food allowance, annual bonus)
- Reimbursement of travel expenses (in accordance with internal policy)
