We are recruiting a Sales Systems Analyst to be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to our global sales and customer service teams. Daily operational duties include lead management, system support, reporting, and quality monitoring and systems training.

You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Sales Systems Analyst, MI and Process Analyst and Head of Sales Operations
  • Supporting the administration and processing of global sales promotions
  • Coaching and training our teams on our business systems and applications (Salesforce, SharePoint, Excel)
  • Managing a shared inbox and ensuring efficient resolution of queries
  • Raising support tickets and liaising with the IT Support team and external vendors to ensure that all issues are resolved in a timely fashion
  • Managing product champions from varied business units
  • Change management as new products, systems and processes are deployed throughout the business
  • Managing all sales contact channels, resolving and escalating issues as required
  • Compiling and publishing quality monitoring results and reports across the business
  • Assisting Sales Managers and Team Leaders in running sales incentives and initiatives
  • End to end management and distribution of sales leads and opportunities
  • Administration of new and existing sales-related systems and technology
  • Coordination of all sales and customer service starters and leavers
  • Providing general support and carrying out ad hoc requests from the management team as required


About you:

You’ll have the following:

Knowledge and skills

  • Experience of working with sales systems in a user-facing role
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and the New Voice Media telephony system
  • High IT literacy
  • Intermediate to advanced excel skills
