Position Summary:

To provide support to our customers in Latin America, by phone and email, to help them arrive to our schools, building rapport and maintaining a strong relationship with them, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the Kaplan International products.


Key job responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Support the B2C Sales Teams to achieve target
  • Provide prompt advice and support to student inquiries mainly related to visa, payment and arrival to our schools.
  • Liaising with all relevant stakeholders to ensure students have been booked accurately
  • Handling and resolving complaints and escalating issues to the relevant line Manager
  • Meeting and/or exceeding our Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Providing all levels of required administrative support 
  • Preparing all related student documents 
  • Building rapport and maintaining a strong relationship with students 
  • Handling and resolving complaints and escalating issues to the relevant line manager 
  • Providing customer service post booking, pre-arrival and post-arrival 
  • Demonstrating an excellent knowledge of Kaplan International products 
  • Follow KIC Direct Customer Care Policy manuals and procedures to ensure consistency and data accuracy. 


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Requires 0-1 years related experience
  • Native or bilingual proficiency Spanish level and fluent in English
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Competent computer skills
  • Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills with the ability to handle numerous details
  • Strong problem-solving abilities  
  • Ability to work in a diverse environment
  • Diligent work ethic
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in international education or hospitality
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
