Your Main Responsibilities / Tasks:

(1) Customer Satisfaction (DCSI, DRS, SASS, IACS, CSI, DSI)

  • Support Pan European Customer Satisfaction monitoring tool improvement & maintenance
  • Support in Satisfaction improvement activities in cooperation with the markets and departments
  • Support in preparing the reports


(2) Trainings/Workshop (DNA workshop, Field Force training Sales&Service, MySales [Basic CEM] workshop)

  • Support in arranging the Kick off meetings and monitoring the market implementation plan
  • Training material review and adapt the CI guidelines in the training materials


(3) Events (SASC/WSAC, KCLP)

  • Support in creation, planning and conduction of National and European events
  • Collect the market plan and monitoring the roll out


(4) Others

  • Monitoring the local programs in line with Kia expectations and requirements
  • Supporting the supplier and customers on the daily needs
  • Benchmarking best practice from the European markets
  • Creating findings summaries and presentations
  • Organizing meetings, sending out invitations to guests and feedback monitoring from participants
  • Give general administrative support and assistance


Your Profile / Qualification:

  • Enrolled at a university in the upper levels of the educational curriculum (focus on Business Administration is a plus)
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Very good MS Office skills (Excel, Access and PowerPoint)
  • Database knowledge and automotive knowledge are beneficial
  • Good analytical skills
  • Highly motivated, eagerness to learn and self-driven attitude
  • Good team player and good communication skill


Formal Internship Details:

Applicants must be enrolled (in university). The position requires a minimum time commitment of six months. The internship will start ideally in September or October 2017.
