Your Main Responsibilities:

  • Close cooperation, support and reporting to the Warranty Manager in terms of organizing and coordinating warranty activities in Europe (29 markets)
  • Initiation of efficiency improvements and setting of targets for distributors in cooperation with the Warranty Manager or on his behalf
  • Support and development of reporting systems and of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Carry out warranty and system trainings for distributors/subsidiaries
  • Prepare and conduct warranty audits for distributors/subsidiaries based on warranty data analyses and KPIs
  • Independently coordinate the European markets monthly reporting and maintaining collected data (summarize, review, control and report data received from the markets)
  • Provide daily support to subsidiaries/distributors in warranty (general and system) and related business cases
  • Regular contact and support to Kia Motors Corporation Overseas Warranty Team
  • Support of the Warranty Manager in analysis of claim trends and in management of exceptions
  • Participate in system development projects
  • Benchmarking and analysing market data
  • Prepare pre-decision materials
  • Collaboration with Mobis Parts Europe N.V. on spare parts and on accessory warranty


Your Profile:

  • Apprenticeship and/or further training in automotive techniques
  • Some years of work experience in automotive (or comparable) industry
  • Good understanding of the vehicle repair process
  • Fluent (written and spoken) in English is a must-must
  • Advanced level of computer skills (Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to check the quality of data material
  • Team player with self-confidence, flexibility and positive thinking
  • Willingness to travel (25 - 35 %)
