Purpose of the job:

To support the customer satisfaction improvement of the company through the evaluation of customer feedback and creating the criteria for perfect customer experience


Tasks:

  • Close cooperation with the Dealer Network in collecting Customer Satisfaction data
  • Sharing the data evaluation with the poll agency
  • Analysing Customer Satisfaction survey results and sharing the outcome with the departments involved
  • Working out action plan for the increase of customer satisfaction index of the company
  • Understanding and analysing Customer needs and create an excellent Customer Experience
  • Localising CRM contents (articles, etc.) of KIA Motors Hungary
  • Preparing documentation of CRM related workflows
  • Managing GDPR declarations
  • Handling customer complaint related to CRM issues


Skills and experience:

  • The ideal candidate is good at analysing and evaluating data and also has the ability to communicate the results
  • Has at least two years of work experience
  • Result-driven and decisive personality with the willingness of working in an intercultural team
  • College or university degree in Economics or Business Informatics or Business Management
  • Native Hungarian and minimum upper-intermediate level of English is expected
  • Good command of MS Office (especially Excel) programs, SAP knowledge is an advantage
