Mission:

Support the CRM team to develop our digital customer journey for Kia in Europe. We are building customer-facing platforms (website, App, in-Car Telematics), defining communication assets for prospects and potential customers, and improving the underlying back-end infrastructure of our CRM systems.


Tasks:

The following are main tasks and responsibilities, but not limited:

  • Support and coordination of mobile app development phases
  • Content management: digital magazine for customers, CRM newsletter
  • Conduct competitors market researches, bench-marking studies and presenting them to the management
  • Monitor and keep up-to-date a dashboard KPI and digital assets
  • Support local markets in Europe and suppliers on daily needs
  • Give general administrative support and assistance


Who we are looking for:

  • BA/MA (or in your last year) in IT, computer science, business and marketing
  • First experience (job/internship/project) in the digital world, passion for new web technology
  • You move fast and you are willing to learn in one of the most exciting role in the Automotive industry
  • You are good at analyzing problems, communicate solution/results
  • Ideally (but not mandatory) you have already project management skills acquired in Agile/Scrum, CRM DB, Digital Marketing, Content Management
  • You are fluent in English, any other language (German, French, Italian, Spanish) is an advantage
